Self Care is Cool: Health

So we've talked about style, but what about the foundations of natural beauty, health and confidence?

This post will be focused on physical and mental health. You've heard the usual: eat three meals a day, brush your teeth in the morning and at night, give yourself breaks, get eight hours of sleep. In my personal experiences, though, some tips work better than others. For me, taking walks, praying, drawing, drinking tea, eating less sugar, and doing my nails help me, along with other things. I could try more, though lol!

In my opinion, the only way to figure out what works for you is to test the classic tips you've heard. For instance, if you're anxious about something, try writing it down, or you could do what I do: ramble about it to someone who is willing to listen, haha! If you're breaking out, try eating less sugar or drinking less caffeine (I've tried it - it helps!). If one tip doesn't work, try another, then try another and another until you've found what works for you!

I'm not your doctor or your therapist, but I hope that I sprinkled a little wisdom into your beautiful minds so that you've got one of the foundations of natural beauty; the healthier you are, the more you radiate :)
