We typically think of summer as skincare season since we have more time to do it. However, my skin breaks out more in winter because of the dryness and the cold.
What is a pain is that I try different products, but they just don't always work! Also, my skincare routine may eventually stop working on my skin. I can, though, give y'all some basic winter skincare tips, and they may not be the first ones that come to your mind:
- Limit your sugar intake.
- Take biotin/collagen pills.
- Eat meats and vegetables.
- Eat three meals a day (healthy food!).
- Drink plenty of water.
- Do not apply too much product to your face, just the necessities.
- Go to a dermatologist! They'll likely prescribe your skin exactly what it needs!
Everyone's skin is different, but keep these tips in mind, and do anything else that you have found works for you. You'll be just fine!
